available!

Audio CD’s of concert are available to
order for $10.  The CD order form is
available under the forms section of the website.  Pull down for 2016-2017 forms.

Concert Festival - Wind Ensemble performs

6:20

Irmo High School


·       
Call time is 9:00am, rehearsal till 10:30

Buses depart at 10:30


·       
Concert attire, money for lunch and dinner


·       
Lunch at Columbiana mall, dinner on the way
home


·       
Return to Stratford around 11PM


·       
All parents are invited to attend the
performance!

Guard Camp 9:00 – 4:00 (Staff & Officers 8:00-4:00)


·         July 19-20 Leadership Camp 9:00 – 4:00


·         July 24-28 Full Band & Guard
Camp  8:00-6:00, Friday July 29th Half
Day 8:00-12:00-Section Activities


 August
2017:


·         July 31–4 Full Band & Guard
Camp  8:00 – 6:00, Friday August 5th Full
Day and Exhibition


·         Aug 8 & 10 - Full Band/Guard
Rehearsals Tue & Thu 4:30-7:00 pm (Monday Rehs. Start 8/28)

Concessions Leaders needed for next year!


 


Concessions and band fees are the main sources of
income for our band budget!  If you think
you may be interested in helping, please contact Shawn or Wendy Edgin and give
them your name.  If we can get a few
parents to split the job it will be less work for everyone.

Concessions leaders are busy during marching
season only-2 months long!!

Concession Leaders
Responsibilities:


·       
Coordinate
concessions breakout at start of season and pack-up at end of season


·       
Make
all food and supplies purchases needed for concessions at home games


·       
Coordinate
coke deliveries


·       
Recruit
staff to work in concessions


·       
Maintain
concessions volunteer list, coordinating with Volunteer coordinator


·       
Turn
in attendance of volunteers to Treasurer for appropriate volunteer credits


·       
Purchase
waters/Gatorades and ice for band travel (away games/ competitions)


 


o  
2, 3 or 4 dedicated parents/guardians


o  
Freshman or Sophomore parents/guardians or 2, 3
or 4 people/friends


o  
It is at least a 2-person job but 3 or 4 would
be fine too!


o  
Need to have a flexible schedule during
marching season for buying food and Friday night set up at stadium


o  
The job can be divided up so each person is
responsible for 1 part
